Terms

These terms are between you and PFC AI Automation LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Effective 24 September 2026.

Amberhour is fictional AI entertainment for adults 18 and older; onboarding requires an explicit 18+ confirmation before use. Every character is fictional and is 21 or older. No character depicts, or is intended to depict, a real person.

The service may refuse unsafe input, can make mistakes, and is not a person, therapist, medical service, legal service, or emergency service. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or, in the United States, call or text 988.

Free access includes 20 AI replies per day across your stories, resetting at midnight UTC. Amberhour Plus includes 3,000 AI replies per monthly allowance period on both monthly and annual subscriptions. The allowance refills on the monthly anniversary of the verified original subscription start, calculated in UTC; when that date does not exist in a month, the last day is used. The app displays your next refill in your local time. Unused replies do not roll over. Annual payment does not provide the full year's replies at once. A generated reply uses one reply from your allowance; blocked or failed generation does not consume a reply. Your existing stories and memory controls remain available if you use all your replies.

Amberhour Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple In-App Purchase. The purchase screen shows the current localized price and billing period before confirmation. Monthly subscriptions are charged each month; annual subscriptions are charged once a year. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Renewal and cancellation follow Apple's terms and your App Store settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. You can manage or restore purchases in the app. Cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access through the paid period unless a refund or revocation ends access sooner. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by PFC AI Automation LLC. Request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" flow or your App Store purchase history; we cannot issue or reverse a charge on Apple's behalf.

You agree not to use the service to produce content involving minors, non-consent, or real identifiable people, and not to attempt to bypass the safety gate. Accounts that disclose being under 18 are permanently blocked.

You retain your rights in content you provide and permit us and the listed service providers to process it to operate the app. Do not submit material you lack permission to use. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or inappropriate; use your judgment and report problems in Settings. We may restrict unsafe use or suspend the service when necessary for security or maintenance.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Where lawful, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Apple's applicable licensed-application terms also apply to the iOS app. Changes will be reflected in the effective date; material changes requiring a new agreement will be presented in the app.
